JOB DETAILS:

The Employment Guide®, a division of Dominion Enterprises, seeks a sales associate to further develop our Phoenix territory. This challenging sales opportunity is for self-starters with excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships in the rapidly expanding recruitment advertising marketplace with The Employment Guide. Account Executive responsibilities include prospecting and closing new business using a consultative sales method, offering local businesses a multi-channel array of recruitment solutions. Sales Planning: - Develop an understanding of customer needs -Develop weekly and monthly sales plans Selling: -Prospect & close new business -Develop and present advertising recommendations based on customer needs -Manage the sales funnel: convert prospects into customers and customers into advocates on a timely basis -Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships -Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up -Consistently attain revenue goals Develop New Business: -Participate in sales meetings -Jointly develop and implement a personal development program to enhance sales skills If you have had success as an inside sales rep but are unsure about your career options with your current employer then we need to talk!
